My focus is to inspire insight and clarity so that the issues you are facing are manageable. I help you to identify the underlying causes and assist you in moving forward. I work extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, helping clients specifically with Gender Non Conforming Gender Dysphoria/Transgender/Gender Identity issues. I also am an involved and empathetic relationship and couples therapist; I strive to help individuals through their hurdles to get them to a better place.

WPATH trained on transgender/gender non-conforming issues for adults and adolescents. Couples counseling, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Body Image Concerns, Relationships, Feelings of Isolation, Sexuality, Bullying, Building Support, etc. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and live authentically. EMDR Trained.
